Saiki and Voice Arena are operated by LetNora LLC. This policy explains how we handle information on trysaiki.com and arena.trysaiki.com. Contact usman@letnora.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information we receive
Contact forms collect the name, work email, company, role, selected interests, and project description you provide. If you create an arena account, Clerk processes your sign-in information and supplies an account identifier and session information. We do not receive your password from Clerk.
The arena records submitted phrases, selected emotions and intensity, generated audio, model settings, votes, optional feedback, and timestamps. Session cookies and network information help us maintain sessions, prevent duplicate votes, and enforce usage limits. Hosting and authentication providers may also keep security and operational logs.
How we use information
We use this information to operate the sites, reply to inquiries, generate and serve audio, maintain accounts, prevent misuse, and produce research and model comparisons. We may publish aggregate rankings and examples from the phrases and recordings you submit for sharing. We do not publish your contact-form details or account email with benchmark results.
Your contributions and service providers
Creating clips sends your phrase and delivery instructions to selected voice providers, currently OpenAI or providers accessed through Replicate, including ElevenLabs, Google, MiniMax, Inworld, and Qwen. Their processing and retention follow their applicable terms and policies. Railway hosts our application, database, contact inquiries, and recordings; Clerk provides authentication. These services may process data in the United States and other countries.
Shared phrases and generated clips can appear in later anonymous comparisons. Do not submit patient information, private conversations, sensitive personal details, or words you lack permission to share. Contact us to request removal of a contribution. You can delete your arena account from Account settings. This removes your authentication account and private history from our active application. Votes, selected feedback tags, and comments are retained for research and benchmark results with the account identifier replaced by a random identifier. We do not keep a mapping from that random identifier to your account. This removes the direct account link but does not redact personal details you may have written in a comment. Shared phrases and audio also remain available without an account link. Provider records and backups may persist under their retention schedules.
Cookies and choices
We use essential session and authentication cookies. You may browse without creating an account. Blocking essential cookies can prevent voting, sign-in, or generation. We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell personal information to advertisers.
Retention and requests
We retain contributions and research records while needed for the arena and reproducibility, and inquiries while needed to respond and maintain business records. Session cookies expire; backups and provider logs may remain for their retention periods. We periodically review retained information. You can request access, correction, or deletion at usman@letnora.com. We may verify your request and retain limited information where needed for security or legal obligations. Published aggregate statistics may remain after identifying information is removed.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy of your information, withdraw consent, or complain to your local privacy regulator. Where applicable, our processing relies on providing requested services, legitimate operational interests, consent, or legal obligations.
Age, security, and changes
The arena is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but cannot guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy and will change its effective date; material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
