Using the services
You must be at least 18 to use the arena. Provide accurate account information, protect your account, and use the service lawfully. Do not bypass limits, automate abusive requests, create accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate votes, impersonate others, or interfere with security. We may limit or suspend access to prevent misuse.
Contributions
You retain any rights you hold in your submitted words and feedback. You confirm that you have permission to share them and that they do not contain confidential or sensitive personal information. By submitting content for sharing, you give LetNora LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, process, and display that content and associated generated recordings to operate the arena, conduct research, and publish comparisons and examples. This includes transmitting the words to voice-generation providers and replaying clips to other listeners.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content or grant us rights you do not have. Separate commercial dataset or service agreements may specify additional rights. Contact us to request removal; we will consider the request subject to legal requirements, existing published results, and technical limitations.
Audio and benchmark results
Voices are AI-generated. They are not recordings of people reading your particular phrase. Outputs may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or fail to follow instructions. Rankings reflect the tested configurations, samples, and listeners; they are provisional and do not establish general model safety, clinical validity, or suitability for a particular use.
Saiki provides research tools and information, not medical care, diagnosis, emergency assistance, or professional advice. No clinician-patient relationship is created by using the sites.
Availability and limits
Free access is subject to usage and spending limits, which may change. A free account does not guarantee unlimited generation. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features. Contacting us does not create a purchase agreement; paid engagements require separately agreed terms.
Rights and responsibility
Our branding and software remain subject to their respective intellectual-property rights. Model names identify their providers and do not imply endorsement. Third-party authentication and generation services have their own applicable terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. LetNora LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy describes our handling of personal information. We may revise these terms and will update their effective date. Please contact us first if a concern arises so we can try to resolve it.
